Raytheon Intelligence & Space commissioned an animation illustrating the capabilities of their Raytheon Distributed Aperture System (RDAS). Available for UAV, modern fighters, ground vehicles, as well as the Future Vertical Lift program (featured in the video) currently in development by the U.S. military, the RDAS gives the warfighter 360° spherical situational awareness. The aircraft and RDAS unit were modeled and rendered in Autodesk Maya. The environments and mission sequences were assembled and rendered in After Effects.
